Live911 User Interface
Overview
Live911 provides the ability for first responders in the field, as well as any support personnel such as Watch Commanders, UAS Operators (DFR), Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) Staff, Incident Commanders, EOC Staff, etc., to monitor the location and audio of incoming 911 emergency calls. The geo-tagged call is provided to those field personnel within a pre-determined radius. The intent is to provide first responders with the most immediate and complete information of an ongoing emergency incident.
Live911 User Interface
When the first responder logs in, the Live911 User Interface will launch.
When the interface displays, there will be a note and link to download the GPS Proxy application Live911-GPS Proxy. The application reads the geo-location of the user’ device from the installed GPS receiver and provides the most accurate location details in the Column Header bar and the configured Primary and Secondary maps that are key features of the Live911 interface. However, the Live911-GPS Proxy is not required for location details.
